The Sammic XM-71 is a professional, heavy duty immersion blender designed for continuous use in large-volume prep. Its fixed-speed motor reaches up to 12,000 rpm for fast pureeing, emulsifying, and blending in stock pots and large containers. A long, detachable stainless steel arm makes it easy to reach deep recipients while simplifying cleanup and service. Built for busy commercial kitchens, it is sized for recipients up to 211 qt.
