The CMA Dishmachines S-B is a low-temperature, chemical-sanitizing scullery dishwasher designed for high-volume pot and pan and sheet pan washing. Its straight-through, double rack configuration and 90-second cycle help keep busy dish rooms moving while maintaining consistent results. Built with all stainless steel construction, it also features chemical pumps, top-mounted controls, and a delime switch for streamlined daily operation. A Poly Pro scrap accumulator and removable stainless steel wash arms support cleaner wash water and easier maintenance.
