The Duke 303 Aerohot is a durable, stationary gas steam table designed for hot holding and service lines. It features three full-size (12 in x 20 in x 8 in) dry wells, each heated by its own burner with independent adjustable valve control. A full-length poly carving board supports fast prep and portioning at the point of service, while the stainless steel undershelf adds convenient storage. Heavy-duty stainless steel construction with fiberglass insulation helps retain heat and stand up to demanding commercial use.
