Yes. Your Direct account is completely free — no setup fees, subscription costs, or commitments.

No. Anyone can create a Direct account, even if it’s your first time ordering from us.

Direct customers receive free local delivery 2–3 times per week in eligible regions near our existing brick-and-mortar retail locations in Fresno, Sacramento, Reno, Las Vegas, and Denver.

If your business is not near our of our retail locations you can still use all Direct features and place orders — we’ll ship via standard carriers at competitive rates.

Yes. You can add team members or share order lists so managers, chefs, and purchasing staff can collaborate.

Yes. There is a $100 minimum order value requirement to qualify for free locald elivery. Orders of less than $100 will be shipped via standard carriers at competitive rates.  

Yes. If you have existing payment terms with Cresco-Resco, they can be applied to your Direct account.
