The Winco TCT-375 Kattex cheese slicer is a manual countertop cutter designed to quickly portion semi-soft cheeses into consistent 3/8-inch slices for prep efficiency and uniform presentation. Its cast aluminum body and stainless steel wires deliver smooth, repeatable cuts for portion control in delis, sandwich stations, and prep lines.
