A 3/4 inch griddle plate delivers fast preheat, even heat distribution, and strong recovery across four independently controlled zones. Each 30,000 BTU burner features adjustable air shutters and manual valves for consistent combustion and responsive heat control. It ships configured for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit, plus a full-width grease trough and large removable drip pan for easier cleanup.
