The Vollrath 379008 push block (pusher head) is a replacement part for Vollrath InstaCut 3.5 produce dicers. Designed to help produce consistent 1/4-inch (6 mm) and 1/2-inch (13 mm) cuts, it restores performance when the original block is worn, lost, or damaged. Its plastic construction and pin layout are built for repeated commercial prep use with compatible InstaCut equipment.
