Three full-size 12 in x 20 in x 8 in pan openings are heated by dome-type elements with infinite controls for adjustable heat. A 7-inch-wide poly carving board spans the front for convenient carving and plating in the serving line. Built with stainless steel and an undershelf for storage, it is well-suited for cafeterias, buffets, and high-volume service.
