The Duke Aerohot E303 electric steam table is a stationary, single-sided hot food table designed for holding and serving menu items at safe temperatures. Three full-size 12 in x 20 in x 8 in pan openings are heated by dome-type elements with infinite controls for adjustable heat. A 7-inch-wide poly carving board spans the front for convenient carving and plating in the serving line.
