The Town RiceMaster 57130 is a commercial electric rice cooker and warmer designed to cook and hold rice in the same unit for fast service. Its double-wall insulated body places heating elements throughout for more even warming than bottom-heat-only designs. A hinged heated cover helps reduce heat loss, while the stainless steel exterior is built for busy kitchen use and easier cleaning. This 120V model cooks up to 30 cups of uncooked rice (60 cups cooked) in about 34 minutes and automatically switches to hold mode.
