The Turbo Air TAR-36RB Radiance heavy duty gas range combines a full-width 36 inch radiant charbroiler with a standard oven base for high-volume line cooking. Six 15,000 BTU straight burners deliver even heat across the broiler surface, while the reversible cast iron radiant and grease runner help manage flare-ups and cleanup. The stainless steel construction and welded frame are built for demanding commercial kitchens. The standard oven features an adjustable 250 to 550 F thermostat and stainless interior for durable, consistent baking and roasting.
