The CMA Dishmachines EST-3-D-EXT is an Energy Mizer low temperature, chemical-sanitizing, door-type dishwasher designed for efficient single-rack warewashing. This 3-door straight-thru convertible platform is built in stainless steel and features top-mounted controls with built-in chemical pumps, automatic start/stop, and a delime system for consistent results. It delivers up to 40 racks per hour with a 20-1/2 inch maximum dish clearance. A Poly Pro scrap accumulator and inside drain sump help keep soil out of the drain system and simplify day-to-day operation.
