Globe's G12 is a mediumduty, manual gravity-feed slicer built for consistent meat and cheese slicing in mid-volume kitchens. Its 12-inch hardchromed, hollowground blade and grooved belt drive pair with a 1/2 HP motor for clean, precise cuts up to 9/16 inch thick. An extended chute and redesigned end weight secure product up to 10.5 inches tall for better control and slice quality. Rugged anodized aluminum construction, sealed splash zones, and tool-free removable parts streamline cleaning and sanitation.
