EHDCB-36 Enhanced 36" Gas Charbroiler

The EHDCB-36 is a countertop gas radiant charbroiler. The output of every individual straight cast iron burner amounts to 120,000 BTU/Hr. Cast iron grates are 5-¼ and can be reversed for different foods. Independent control valve for every 6� cooking zone gives you 31.5 x 21 of full cooking space. Other features include adjustable heavy-duty legs, a crumb tray, and durable brass control values. This unit is intended for commercial use only.
