The ESP-36-HC is a 36 Sandwich Prep Table with 2 solid stainless steel doors. With stainless steel exterior sides designed to keep food at safe temperatures. Featuring an electronic control system in place to easily adjust temperature set point and defrost frequency. This unit uses hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly. All units have self-closing doors with a stay open feature past 90 degrees for easy loading, unloading, and cleaning.
