Two Very Sharp Rocker Blades: Once the blades are exposed, there are 2 parallel blades that work quickly and efficiently to mince and cut leafy herbs and salad greens. Use with garlic and other spices. Rocking the blades back and forth means less pressure, and less time to do basic kitchen prep. 

Ergonomically designed soft grip handle: The handle is shaped like a half moon, to snugly fit into the palm of your hand. With the soft touch texture, the handle is easy to hold, and is non-slip. This style of handle reduces wrist pain from chopping. The blades are stainless steel so they won't rust. 

Dishwasher Safe: Cleaning is easy! Simply rinse under running water to release any particulates (may also require a soft bristled brush) and then wash thoroughly on the top rack of a dishwasher. The Microplane Herb and Salad Chopper is constructed with a BPA-free plastic housing.
