The Globe G12 is a medium-duty manual slicer built for consistent, high-quality slicing of meats and cheeses in mid-volume operations. A 1/2 HP knife motor and 12 inch hollow-ground blade deliver smooth performance for up to 4 hours per day. Its extended chute and end weight help accommodate larger product, while the knife cover interlock and permanently attached knife ring guard enhance operator safety during cleaning. An integrated top-mounted sharpener keeps the knife edge ready for service.
