The EHDCB-14 is a countertop gas radiant charbroiler. The output of every individual straight cast iron burner amounts to 20,000 BTU/Hr. Cast iron grates are 5-¼ and can be reversed for different foods. Independent control valve for every 6” cooking zone gives you 11 x 21 of full cooking space. Other features include adjustable heavy-duty legs, a crumb tray, and durable brass control values. This unit is intended for commercial use only.
