FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. If it's "Wireless" how does the Switch Panel send a signal to the Number Panel?

Answer: The Switch Panel sends a radio signal to the Transceiver, then the Transceiver sends a signal over the building's electrical wiring to the Number Panel. This signal isn't affected by the 110-volts in the wiring.

2. How far away can the Number Panel be mounted from the Switch Panel (and Transceiver)?

Answer: The maximum distance is about 400-feet, and they must be connected to the same circuit breaker panel. Call us for further details.

3. If we have problems getting the Wireless System to work properly in our building can we return the system for a refund or credit?

Answer: Absolutely! Due to the unpredictable nature of radio transmissions and wireless signal transmission through the building wiring, we will gladly refund or credit you account if you problems can't be corrected.

 System #2: (1) Switch Panel & (2) Number Panels. RPS-88 System + (1) 88NPH Number Panel. One Switch Panel can operate two or more Number Panels!

System #3: (2) Switch Panels & (1) Number Panel. RPS-88 System + (1) 8TSP Switch Panel. Two or more Switch Panels can operate the same Number Panel!
