I have been involved in the design and layout of restaurants and
other foodservice establishments since 1983. Knowledge of foodservice equipment
and how it should be placed into the space are what I specialize in. I know the
product lines extensively and have personally visited many of the factories.

I do the work. I will personally
engage myself in your project. I work hand in hand with you and possibly one
of our salespeople. I do ALL the drafting myself using the very best
computer software and hardware. I developed our drafting program back in 1983,
and I have always strived to innovate and improve our system. Call me at the
numbers listed below. I have done work all over the USA including Hawaii. We can
look at your project via fax, or e-mail attachment. Most projects can go from
preliminary to finalized drawings in just 4-6 weeks. (Preliminary drawings
usually take approx.1 week). Your architect can send us the interior wall
dimensions and we can fill in the space with properly scaled detailed drawings
of the actual equipment you specify. All drawings are available in Adobe pdf formats.

Our salespeople are experienced in both equipment
sales and the foodservice industry. Many of our salespeople have worked in the
restaurant business and understand the process of both opening a restaurant and
running a successful establishment.
Yes, we charge for our services. Our fees run anywhere
from $3000-$10,000. We do what we consider the best and most complete restaurant
floor planning in the industry. We will credit a majority of the cost of
the design towards your equipment purchase if you purchase all of the
