DC Series from Jet Tech will conserve the food between 33F. and 41F. with accurate controlled temperatures achieved by electronic thermostat and compressor system called "SMARTEMP".

Also features interior illumination with high-quality fin-type upper coil, sliding doors for easier cleaning; and the industry's first all U.L. approved sushi case and rated to NSF-7 standards by U.L. Sanitation.

Construction Features

  • Manufactured of 304 stainless steel and decorated in anodized aluminum in either silver or bronze finish to match with any decor

  • In addition to the on/off switch, an added safety feature is incorporated whereby an automatic cut-off system will switch on/off the motor whenever defrosting is necessary
  • The temperature is shown at all times with digital indication
  • Hidden sensors make this unit very easy to maintain
  • The required temperature is achieved in only a few minutes
  • These units shall hold all foods between 33F and 41F (1C and 5C) in the entire interior cabinet
  • Special "cold-diffusion" system is incorporated, providing uniformity of temperature for the complete surface of the case
  • Environmentally-friendly R-134A type freon and injected insulation throughout the entire body
