The DYNAMIC
MFAP2000 Three-function mixer is light and easy to handle. It is a
high performance, high quality piece of equipment. The MIXER, WHISK and
RICER attachments can be changed in a quarter turn.

As a
MIXER : It is
powerful enough to be used in cooking pots holding up to 25 gallons /
100 litres.
It will blend 12 gallons / 50 litres of cooked vegetable soup in under 3
minutes, including stringy vegetables such as leeks and celery. It is
likewise recommended for fish soups, among others.

As a
WHISK : It gives
exceptional results
It copes without difficulty with
- 2 up to 50 egg whites

As a
RICER : The ricer
attachment is a very powerful unit, especially designed to provide heavy
duty operations.
Its drilled bell crushes 110 lbs / 50 kg of potatoes in ten minutes. Its
average capacity is 11 lbs / 5 kg per minute, including mixing time of
milk, butter or shortening.

As a MIXER :
Allows you to mix and blend excellent veloute soups directly in the
cooking pot as well as fish soup, bread soup, vegetable soup, spinach,
salads, chopped cabbage, pancake mixture, mayonnaise etc…
For the nursery and special diets : clear soups, puréed raw carrot,
fruits, creams etc…
Can also be very useful in certain industries, perfume manufacturer,
iron foundry, dyeing plant, ceramics, laboratories, gut-dressing
works etc…

As
a WHISK : You can
easily prepare : egg whites, excellent mousselines, creams, (pastry in
particular) genoise sauce, almond pastry, meringues, butter creams,
souffles, chantilly cream, sauces, pancake mixture, whipped
cheeses, mayonnaises.

As a
RICER :
Whole
potatoes are processed directly in
one cooking pot to obtain desired texture, thus avoiding the use of any
other containers.
It's possible to
get
the same results with :
- All kinds of mashed preparations
and creams of vegetables,
tomato sauces, spinach, beets, cooked salads, splitpeas, turnips,
cauliflowers.
These
preparations are widely distributed
in hospitals.
- Compote and
tewed fruit :
Apples, peaches, pears.
(It is not necessary to peel and
core apples). Creams of red currants, strawberries,
bananas, raspberries, chestnuts as well as sorbets and desserts.
This
is a first rate
machine for blending
dehydrated foods :
Ice creams, flour, soups,
sauces, starches, dehydrated
mashed potatoes, powdered milk, (all will be without forming lumps).
All
